    History

    Iron Black Project, although as the name indicates, began as an iron project which started operating from 2013 to 2014 by SCM Hierros Taltal, but due to the low price of iron concentrate it could not continue operating.

     

    In the year 2020, Quimurco Minera resumed the project, constituting the mining properties and carrying out studies to create value and have more information about the area.

     

    Within their results, they found indications not only of iron, but outcrops of Cu and with a subproduct very high in Ag.

     

    Which makes it a very attractive investment opportunity due to its large amount of minerals.

    Because there was a project before, the road infrastructure is in good condition and contains drilling platforms already made, which would save the costs of carrying out a drilling campaign.

    Stock Piles of Iron Ore

    There is a stock pile of iron within the property, which can be reviewed again and obtain an economic gain.

    Iron Black, has an investment made, which obtained good results and allowed us to make discoveries of copper and silver within the zone of interest and also added more target iron, increasing its potential.
